Past Experience
After working within health and social care for several years I did some NLP training with a local authority, The training I received gave me insight into the possibilities of using NLP and hypnosis with my clients
Shortly after the training I personally experienced Hypnotherapy as a client to deal with a driving phobia, and hypno-healing after a major operation. This was the start of the journey to a new career, and a more effective way of supporting people to make fast, long lasting positive changes in their lives.
I have continued to build on my knowledge and skills by attending specialist training and assisting on Hypnotherapy and NLP courses.
I offer a bespoke, solution-focused therapy in person from my practices based in Ipswich and Sudbury, Suffolk. Alternatively, online appointments via Zoom are available, .
